這版本主要是投入安全與資料驗證

這版本在工作站內使用並對資料做使用範圍處理，以保護使用資料確實性。
這版本基於國際著作權法, ePenguin Office 版權所有，傾向翻印等複製為 ePenguin Office 所有權保留並(Set forth)，提供安全與資料驗證平台基礎。
